Cancellation and Salon Policy 

 

We understand that circumstances can arise which will prevent you from being able to attend your appointment.

If you have to cancel the appointment, we ask that the following steps are taken 

-Call or email the salon immediately, the more notice we have, the better 

-If you wish to reschedule, this can be arranged 

- less than 48 hours notice may result in cancellation charges, or deposits being mandatory for future bookings. 

 

If you are in any way unhappy with your cut or color, please call or email us within the first 48 hours from your appointment and we will arrange for you to come back to see a stylist.
